SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On the above listed date and time, the Vermont State Police located a male known as Timothy Christopher at the above listed address. It was known to law enforcement that Christopher had an active warrant for his arrest. Upon taking Christopher into custody, he resisted. Christopher was then transported to Northern State Correctional Facility, where he was lodged on his arrest warrant. Christopher was cited to appear in the Orleans County Court for the above listed offense.
