ND 5 near Joliette is now open to traffic

BISMARCK, N.D. – The North Dakota Department of Transportation and North Dakota Highway Patrol have opened North Dakota Highway 5, from Joliette to the Red River.

ND 5 was previously closed due to flooding, but the roadway is now open to traffic.
