On 05/14/2022, Troopers with the Vermont State Police St. Albans Barracks responded to a dispute at the Maplefields on Route 7 in Georgia, VT. Through investigation, it was determined that Gaudette attempted to punch Parah, starting a physical altercation involving several people. Gaudette was issued a citation to appear in Franklin County Superior Court Criminal Division on June 20, 2022, at 0830 to answer for the charge of Simple Assault and Disorderly Conduct.
