SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On this date and time, Vermont State Police received a 911 call from 592 Forest Road in the town of Westminster, reporting an assault.

 

Investigation determined that 24-year-old Robert Greenwood assaulted a family friend at the above residence. Greenwood was arrested and transported to the Westminster barracks for processing.

 

Greenwood was released with a criminal citation and is scheduled to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Windham Criminal Division, on 05/31/22 at 1300 hours, to answer to the above charge.
