SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On 03/12/2022 at 1601 hours, VSP St. Johnsbury responded to a report of a 2 vehicle crash during a snow storm on High Meadow Dr, on Burke Mountain in Burke, VT. While at the scene of the crash, Troopers observed one of the operators involved, crash again. When speaking to this operator, Troopers observed several signs of impairment and he was subsequently arrested and charged for DUI refusal.
