SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 3/1/22, at approximately 2359 hours, VSP Westminster was notified of a stolen kitten in Londonderry, VT. Further investigation led the troopers to believe the complainant, Alysha Devoe, had reported a false incident and neglected the animal.

 

Devoe was issued a criminal citation and is scheduled to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Windham Criminal Division, on May 3, 2022, at 1300 hours to answer to the charges of providing false information to law enforcement and animal cruelty.
