SUMMARY OF CRASH: On the above date and time the Vermont State Police responded to a single vehicle crash on I 91 N at MM 154. Upon arrival the operator was identified as Harkin (36). Investigation revealed Harkin was attempting to pass a vehicle when she lost control due to black ice, driving off the roadway. Harkin was transported to North Country Hospital with minor injuries.
