PENNSYLVANIA, December 14 - An Act amending Titles 18 (Crimes and Offenses) and 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in assault, providing for arrests of previously convicted persons possessing firearms in a subsequent offense; and, in sentencing, providing for sentences for previously convicted persons possessing firearms in a subsequent offense.
