AN ACT

Providing for a report by the Department of State on complaints

relating to the 2020 general election.

The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania

hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1. Short title.

This act shall be known and may be cited as the 2020 General

Election Report Act.

Section 2. Definitions.

The following words and phrases when used in this act shall

have the meanings given to them in this section unless the

context clearly indicates otherwise:

"Department." The Department of State of the Commonwealth.

"Election." The general election held on November 3, 2020.

Section 3. Report.

(a) General rule.--The department shall submit a report to

the General Assembly regarding how the following complaints

relating to the election were investigated:
