AN ACT
Prohibiting the lease or conveyance of motor vehicles by the
General Assembly.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. Prohibition on certain leases of motor vehicles
issued by the General Assembly.
A lease or conveyance of a motor vehicle by or on behalf of
the General Assembly for use by a member, or reimbursements made
to a member for the expenses of a lease or conveyance of a motor
vehicle, shall be prohibited.
Section 2. Applicability.
This act shall only apply to the lease or conveyance of a
motor vehicle or the expenses of the lease or conveyance. This
act shall not apply to any agreement entered into by or on
behalf of the General Assembly prior to the effective date of
this section.
Section 3. Construction.
This act shall not be construed to impact any other form of
