Section 7. Repeals are as follows:

(1) The General Assembly declares that the repeal under

paragraphs (2), (3) and (4) are necessary to effectuate the

addition of of 25 Pa.C.S. Ch 5 and section 8 of this act.

(2) The following provisions of the act of June 3, 1937

(P.L.1333, No.320), known as the Pennsylvania Election Code,
