New Tuolumne County Courthouse opens Monday
(Subscription required) The new courthouse, located just outside the Sonora city limits, provides services that were precluded by space restrictions at the previous locations, according to the court's website. New amenities include larger jury assembly and deliberation rooms, a self-help center, attorney and witness waiting rooms, family court mediation, and in-custody holding areas.
