Her primary responsibilities will be to work with urgent care patients including patients suffering from COVID-19. Some of her other responsibilities will be focused on primary care patients by assessing their health, performing physical examinations, ordering labs and diagnostic tests, and diagnosing and treating patients all while working closely with the practice’s physicians.

Jamie Stevens Jones, PA-C brings over 12 years of practice in Hospital Medicine, Cardiology, and Primary Care/ER experience. Jamie received her Physician Assistant degree from Jefferson College of Health Science in Roanoke, VA. Before moving to Florida, Jamie worked in the hospital division of Medical Associates of Central Virginia, Inc./Hospital Associates of Virginia. After personally battling with health issues, she became passionate about alternative and functional medicine. By joining the DOCS team, she will use her past expertise combined with her passion for functional medicine to grow her experience to help her patients improve their health and achieve positive results.
