Tilghman brings over 25 years of IT experience to the role from his time designing, implementing, and supporting environments from manufacturing to banking. He will use his broad knowledge base and hands-on leadership approach in managing existing systems, policies, vendors, the everyday work environment, and networks. He will help select and drive new technology decisions and a successful technology roadmap for Data Facts, with a keen eye on the future.
