No changes yet to Supreme Court’s remote work and oral arguments
Remote oral argument sessions “will continue until further notice” and the court’s telework program, which was to remain in effect until July 12, “has been extended through the end of the year.” Also, the justices will continue to participate remotely in the court’s Wednesday conferences.
