SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On 04/24/2021 at approximately 2136 hours Troopers from the St. Johnsbury

Barracks responded to a suspicious motor vehicle on Mt. Pleasant Street, in St.

Johnsbury. When speaking with the operator, Louis Patoine, Troopers observed

signs of impairment. Patoine was subsequently arrested for suspicion of DUI.

Patoine was released on a citation.
