D.C. youth, 14, held in two slayings in two days, police say.

The teenager, who was from Southeast, was charged Tuesday with first degree murder in the fatal shooting of Everett King, 52, of Southeast, in the 2400 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue, D.C. the police said.
