Microbe Formulas Touts Remarkable Growth and Team Member Satisfaction

MERIDIAN, ID, UNITED STATES, October 16, 2020 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Meridian, Idaho, October 16, 2020—Microbe Formulas, a health company, celebrates its first three years in business as of September. The company began with two doctors who wanted to provide effective, natural solutions for detoxification and gut health. Microbe Formulas has since grown to 88 employees, bringing on 56 new team members in 2020 alone, for a 314.29% increase from 2019.

Part of their rapid growth comes from embodying the company core value of “people first.” On Glassdoor, Microbe Formulas has consistent five-star employee ratings and positive feedback. A recent Glassdoor review states: “This is an amazing company to work for. The management has made this a company that its employees want to come to everyday. You know when you work here that you are valued and that no matter where your position falls on the totem pole, that position is important to the company.”

When asked about the company’s high team member satisfaction, CEO Ryan Riley explains: “It’s all about putting people first. We want our team to feel like they are part of a family. We encourage each person to lead from a place of self-care and self-love, so that they can pass it on to others.”
Craig Randall, Culture Chief, adds: “We are not just a ‘people first’ company internally, but externally. A huge part of our identity, and how we measure success, is total lives touched. How many people we have helped along their health journeys and what positive impact we’ve made in the world.”

Since they were founded in 2017, Microbe Formulas has touched over 698,474 lives, equal to the number of product bottles sold.

As part of their “lives touched” mindset, Microbe Formulas provides a monthly budget for team members to execute intentional acts of kindness for others. Microbe Formulas is also active in local causes. In September 2020, they started a human trafficking initiative called “Fill the Shelves.” Partnering with The Community Outreach Behavioral Services (COBS) in Boise, they raised over $30,000 and collected 7,600 pounds of essential items for local rescued victims.

As a company, Microbe Formulas encourages the team to have a little fun, let their hair down, and get active. On day one of employment, team members get complimentary access to chiropractic services, free health/life coaching, and monthly product allowance to prioritize wellness efforts. Their onsite fitness facilities include free weights and a rock wall, as well as a massage chair that team members are encouraged to use — even on the clock. Plus, team members are encouraged to take on outside projects or “side gigs” to continually grow and develop new skills.

“We strive to be 1% better each day,” says Riley. “Individually and as a team.”

About Microbe Formulas: Microbe Formulas is a wellness company that emphasizes a healthy gut microbiome and true detoxification. Their core values are front and center in their company mission statement: “Creating solutions that work is what we do. Restoring hope and health is who we are.”
