Supreme Court Enters Order Adopting Justice Court Rule Governing Processing Of In Forma Pauperis Status In Summary Eviction Cases

After the public hearing on September 22 in ADKT 0566, In the Matter of the Amendment of the Nevada Justice Court Rules of Civil Procedure, the Supreme Court has filed an order adopting Justice Court Rule of Civil Procedure 111 that governs the processing of applications for in forma pauperis status in summary eviction cases. Rule 111 becomes effective October 15, 2020.
