COLUMBIA, S.C. - The South Carolina Board of Health and Environmental Control will meet Thursday, Nov. 8, 2018, at 10 a.m. beginning in Peeples Auditorium to hold a public hearing. There will be a short recess at the conclusion of the hearing and the meeting will reconvene in Board Room No. 3420. Both locations are located at 2600 Bull Street, Columbia.
