License of social worker restricted on allegations of possessing images of a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct
OLYMPIA -- State health officials immediately restricted the social worker license of David Alan O’Shea (LW.60239398) pending further legal action. O’Shea is a resident of Idaho, but is licensed in Washington state.
Charges state O’Shea had electronic files containing images of a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct.
O’Shea is immediately restricted to prohibit him from working with minors or vulnerable adults in Washington until the charges are resolved. He has 20 days to respond to the charges and ask for a hearing.
