Updated FY 2021 Governor's Budget Recommendations Available
The Governor released updated budget recommendations in response to revised General Fund Revenue estimates for Fiscal Years 2020 and 2021 by the Revenue Estimating Conference (REC). Iowa Code 8.21 requires that if the REC lowers the revenue estimate being used in the budget process, the Governor shall transmit recommendations for a budget in conformance of the revised revenue estimate within fourteen days.
