Road Closure Route 3101 (Keystone Road)
PennDOT District 12 would like to inform motorists of the closure of Route 3101(Keystone Road) located in Hempfield Township, Westmoreland County. The closure will be located between Eckman Way and Huff Avenue. The closure will begin on Wednesday, July 8 at 8:30 AM and will open on Monday, August 3 at 3:30 PM.
The closure will be in place to allow Southwest Pennsylvania RR crews to perform maintenance on the railroad crossing. A marked detour will be in place using Route 119, Route 3099 (Willow Crossing Road), Route 3103 (Carbon Road) and Route 3101 (Keystone Road).
Work on this project will be in accordance with Centers for Disease Control and state Department of Health guidance as well as a project-specific COVID-19 safety plan, which will include protocols for social distancing, use of face coverings, personal and job-site cleaning protocols, management of entries to the jobsite, and relevant training.
