DHSS drafts new draft emergency rule for medical marijuana program

JEFFERSON CITY, MO – The Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS) has drafted a new emergency rule to address how licensed and certified medical marijuana facilities should pay any taxes, fees, and penalties due to Missouri state governmental entities. DHSS is seeking public input on this draft rule until Nov. 12, 2019. Anyone who reviews the draft rule and would like to submit comments or suggestions may do so by emailing those comments to MMPublicComment@health.mo.gov by November 12.
