The Carolina-based HOA and community management company is certain this move will help them support their client base and place them in a better position for potential future growth.

Vernon Kline, previously an Area Manager at CMG, has been promoted to Director of Community Management. In his new role, Mr. Kline will oversee and support all of the community managers and area managers in the company. Mr. Kline has 10 years experience in the HOA management industry, working his way up from being an on-site manager to his current role.

Courtney Grady, previously Finance Manager at CMG, has been promoted to Director of Operations. In this role, she will be taking on more responsibilities to ensure smooth internal operations of CMG. She will continue to be heavily involved in the day-to-day activities of the accounting department as well.

Rebekah Gonzalez has been promoted to Operations Support Manager. In this new role, Ms. Gonzalez’s previous role of Maintenance Manager will be expanded to include oversight of the support, transitions, and operations departments in addition to the maintenance division.
