Gov. Andrew Cuomo is protecting countless sexual predators and he is allowing sex offenders to go from prison into group homes for the disabled

ALBANY, NEW YORK, UNITED STATES, September 10, 2018 /EINPresswire.com/ -- The Jonathan Carey Foundation which has a mission to protect vulnerable children and individuals with disabilities is doing everything possible to stop Gov. Cuomo from protecting sexual predators from prosecution and from placing sex offenders in with the disabled. The New York State’s mental health care system is rampant with sexual abuse and there are no significant safety and abuse prevention measures in place to protect our most vulnerable. All emails and meeting requests with the governor for years now have gone ignored as thousands of sex crimes are covered-up internally and these civil and human rights atrocities continue.

Michael Carey, the founder of the Jonathan Carey Foundation who also is a well known and respected civil rights and disability rights advocate has uncovered a pattern of criminal cover-ups and the protection of sexual predators similar to that of the Catholic Church.

This is what is going on within Governor Andrew Cuomo’s mental health agencies;

• Thousands of sexual assaults and rapes annually

• State doctors are fraudulently giving late diagnoses of a disability to sex offenders to make money off them at the expense of the safety of residents with true disabilities

• Cuomo is using his corrupt Justice Center to keep most reported sex assaults and rapes from the local police and from criminal investigations

• Cuomo is ensuring most sex crimes against the disabled are NEVER reported to county elected district attorney’s that have the authority and responsibility to prosecute these sex crimes

• Cuomo is allowing sexual predators and convicted sex offenders to run wild and do practically anything they want with whomever they want

• Cuomo is allowing sex offenders to vote

• Cuomo is taking almost the exact same actions as Cardinal Bernard Law and allowing sexual predator caregivers, instead of pedophile priests, to remain in the system to sexually assault and rape many more innocent victims

• Governor Andrew Cuomo is the kingpin; he has direct knowledge and involvement in these state and federal crimes for many years.

This news story regarding a State employee/caregiver who is a pedophile will disgust you. Stephen DeProspero called Cuomo’s system “a predators dream”. DeProsero was caught by the feds in a porn sting or he would still be sexually assaulting disabled children in a State run group home today.

"The lack of supervision there made it easy to do what I did," DeProspero said in a handwritten affidavit obtained by The Associated Press. "I could have stayed in that house for years and abused him every day without anybody even noticing at all. It was a predator's dream."

It is Governor Andrew Cuomo that has directed the protection sexual predators like DeProspero. The only reasons for AG Underwood to look the other way would be to protect Governor Andrew Cuomo and the Medicaid fraud Ponzi Scheme. Almost all reported sex crimes of the disabled are covered-up by Governor Andrew Cuomo’s corrupt Justice Center.

At the same time all this is happening within New York State, Attorney General Underwood is going after the Catholic Church for the same exact matters of covering -up sex crimes and the protection of pedophile priests. Both Gov. Cuomo and AG Underwood must be investigated swiftly by the US Department of Justice for their involvement in the protection of countless sexual predator caregivers and for purposefully placing sex offenders within New York State’s mental health agencies.
