Two New Partners Named, Two New Associates and One Of Counsel Join the Chicago-Based Law Firm

CHICAGO, ILLINOIS, UNITED STATES, March 28, 2018 /EINPresswire.com/ -- The law offices of Sudekum, Cassidy & Shulruff, Chtd. is pleased to welcome four new faces to its team: Partner George M. Velcich; Associate Rebecca C. Horgan; Associate Gina Leahy; and Of Counsel, Todd Conover. The law office also recently named Attorney Andrew Tidwell-Neal as a Partner.

Andrew Tidwell-Neal, a 2010 graduate of Marquette University School of Law, joined the firm in 2013. He is licensed to practice law in Illinois and Wisconsin and has extensive litigation experience in both states. His practice focuses on first-party coverage issues, commercial litigation, personal injury and premises liability.

George M. Velcich joined the law firm of Sudekum, Cassidy & Shulruff, Chtd. in January 2018, after a 26-year-long career as an attorney at Belgrade & O'Donnell, P.C. He also served for 10 years as an Assistant State's Attorney. He is a graduate of Loyola University Chicago. His practice focuses on personal injury defense, insurance coverage and first-party coverage disputes, admiralty and maritime disputes.

Rebecca Horgan is a graduate of Chicago-Kent College of Law and Illinois Institute of Technology and served as a legal intern at the Chicago-Kent College of Law. She interned with the Office of the State of Appellate Defender and worked as a teaching assistant in law school.

Gina Leahy gained experience as a 711 licensed law clerk with the Cook County State's Attorney's Office, Felony Trial Division. She also worked as a judicial extern for Chief Judge Raymond Jagielski. She received her J.D. from DePaul in 2017.

Todd Conover, licensed in Indiana, graduated from Western State University College of Law in 1981. He is an adjunct professor of business law at Indiana University Northwest and focuses his practice on personal injury law, product liability, homeowner claims and employment law.
