Following the acquisition of NuVision Engineering, Inc.(www.nuvisioneng.com) by Carr’s Engineering (US), Inc. (the US holding company of Carr’s Group plc.), the Board of Directors is pleased to announce the following promotions.

Brian Scott Beley is promoted to the position of President and CEO.

Brian joined NuVision Engineering in 2002. Brian’s previous position was Vice President responsible for the NuVision Utilities and Industry Business Segment. Prior to coming to NuVision Brian held successful executive management positions with Marconi and Westinghouse.

Martin C. Williams is promoted to the position of Chief Operating Officer.

Martin previously held the position of Vice President, responsible for the Decommissioning and Waste Management Segment of the business. Martin joined NuVision in 1998 as Manager of Advanced Process Systems, after a 10 year career in engineering and project management with AEA Technology.

Lisa Donovan is promoted to Company Controller.

Lisa has been with NuVision for 23 years serving in a multitude of accounting and finance responsibilities.
