TraceGains Expands Partner Program to Offer Integrated Solutions for the Food & CPG Industry
MarketHub Connects Food Safety Consultants to 10K Food & Beverage Manufacturers to Offer Training & Services
“TraceGains' Certified Partner Program is the perfect marriage of our partners’ food safety expertise and our technology, giving customers an integrated solution to satisfy regulatory & industry requirements,” said Dana Johnson Downing, TraceGains' Director of Strategic Partnerships. “We have a community of 6,000 supply chain partners in 10,000 locations who exchange information in MarketHub, and now our partners will be featured to showcase their training and consulting services.”
In conjunction with the new partner program, TraceGains introduced its certification program for consulting and services partners, a new partner portal, and an e-learning site for partner enablement. TraceGains’ Certified Partners Program includes several categories, reflecting the breadth of the TraceGains Network platform and depth of adjacent partner solutions. Partner types include:
Technology Partners – These are providers of technologies with which TraceGains integrates, such as ESHA Research’s (www.esha.com) Genesis R&D food labeling and formulation software.
Consulting Partners – These are organizations that provide consulting, legal expertise, and best practices services and include partners such as Soterian Systems (www.soteriansystems.com), FSVP Partners (www.fsvppartners.com), Contract In-House Counsel and Consultants, LLC (www.FDAatty.com), Food Leadership Group (www.foodleadershipgroup.com) and Quality Culture Partners (www.qcpartners.net). We jointly approach clients who can benefit from automating their supply chain information, while also investing in the consulting or training expertise necessary to be successful.
Alliance Partners – These are organizations that have deep industry expertise and have successfully implemented TraceGains solutions at a food facility. The Alliance Partners help new customers find the TraceGains solution that’s right for them and see it through the implementation phase, such as Quality Culture Partners.
“We are proud to participate in TraceGains’ Certified Partner Program because it’s a win-win for our clients and our consultants. TraceGains’ software solutions allow our clients to collect and analyze supplier documents, including relevant ongoing food safety verification documents and data so they are better positioned to meet their regulatory and business requirements,” said Nancy Scharlach, President and Chief Technical Officer of Soterian Systems & FSVP Partners, Inc. “And we have been able to grow our food safety consulting practices because of the access to the TraceGains' growing network of suppliers and customers to market our services.”
