LifeStart Expands Their Partnership With MBRE By Assuming Management Of The Buckingham Athletic Club and Hotel At 440 S LaSalle

LifeStart will partner with IDM Hospitality Management on the project and will assume management of the 27,000-square foot premier athletic club. IDM will manage the hotel. As part of the project, the Athletic Club will receive amenity upgrades, as well as enhanced group-exercise, training, and wellness programming.

A popular attraction for FOUR40’s tenants, the Buckingham Athletic Club is an upscale, full-service fitness and athletic club, equipped with state of the art equipment, two group exercise studios, expansive executive level locker rooms, indoor swimming pool, golf simulator, and two racquetball courts.

As part of its management of the athletic club, LifeStart will provide tenants with innovative programs and services that are designed to promote a healthy, active lifestyle. One such program the athletic club will feature is LifeStart’s new program, Hubbub, a rotating suite of services that include perks like physical therapy, spa services (manicures, massages, facials, blow-outs, barbering, etc.) as well as other unique offerings, like eye exams, teeth whitening, nutritional counseling, and meal planning. 440 South LaSalle is a 40 story 1.04 million-square foot building managed MBRE.
