Zomaron sponsoring London's first drone light show for Canada Day

LONDON, ONTARIO, CANADA, June 27, 2017 /EINPresswire.com/ -- London's fastest growing financial technology firm, Zomaron Inc., is determined to make this year's Canada Day celebration one of the Forest City's most memorable. Zomaron announced today that they will be sponsoring London's first ever public drone light show at the city's south end festivities in White Oaks Park.

Chris Ewer has been the event's organizer for the last eighteen years and believes that this year's event is going to be one that will have a lasting impression on all in attendance, "We couldn't be more excited. The crowd is going to be blown away and we think it's an absolute fantastic way to celebrate Canada's 150th birthday."

Choreographed to some of Canada’s greatest music hits, the show will consist of thirty aerial drones programmed to illuminate the night sky with iconic Canadian imagery. “It’s definitely worth seeing,” said Zomaron CEO, Tarique Al-Ansari. “My team and I got a sneak peek about a week ago and it was definitely a sight to be seen.”

Al-Ansari got the idea to bring the show to London after seeing similar shows online, "It’s something really different and cool. Zomaron has been looking for a way to give back to London for Canada's 150th and this just fit the bill." Al-Ansari has been working with Toronto area drone company Arrowonics to produce the Canada Day show.

Zomaron has launched a social media campaign to promote the event and has partnered with the Flag Shop in London to offer prizes for social media engagement. "We are looking to engage London," said Al-Ansari. "We also have plans to have a Snapchat filter for the event so everyone can share in the Canada Day pride whether you are able to attend or not."

Weather permitting, the drone and fireworks shows are set to take place at 9:45pm on July 1st at White Oaks Park in London.
