Gazprom Neft PJSC wishes to advise that PUBLIC JOINT STOCK COMPANY GAZPROM NEFT LTD, a private limited liability company registered in England and Wales under Registration No. 10265261 and located at 48 Warwick Street, London, United Kingdom, W1B 5AW, has no connection whatsoever with Gazprom Neft PJSC or with the Gazprom Neft Group of Companies. Gazprom Neft PJSC wishes to warn any interested parties against engaging in any activities with PUBLIC JOINT STOCK COMPANY GAZPROM NEFT LTD or with any entities or organisations acting on its behalf.
Members of the Management Board of Gazprom Neft PJSC have not given their consent to being cited as Directors in PUBLIC JOINT STOCK COMPANY GAZPROM NEFT LTD.Accordingly, members of the Management Board of Gazprom Neft PJSC are not directors in PUBLIC JOINT STOCK COMPANY GAZPROM NEFT LTD.
Gazprom Neft PJSC is taking all necessary actions within the law to protect its legitimate interests. In particular, the Metropolitan Police have been notified on behalf of Gazprom Neft PJSC and members of the Management Board of potentially fraudulent activities by unidentified individuals. Companies House (the UK’s official register of companies) has also been notified that members of the Management Board of Gazprom Neft PJSC have not given their consent to being cited as Directors of Public Joint Stock Company Gazprom Neft Ltd.
