(HQ: Chuo-ku, Tokyo). The companies are providing "Budgeting Control," a cloud based platform where credit card users get real-time card control capabilities of the card with a smartphone.


The partnership allows banks served by Intelligent Wave Inc. to offer their cardholders First Performance Global’s innovative, state-of-the-art card management platform aimed at unique cardholder self-service capabilities for card control, fraud prevention, reward programs, card linked offerings, and messaging tools. Intelligent Wave Inc. will sell, install and make available the First Performance platform to its clients.

Recently Japan has seen an increase in unauthorized use of credit cards. The Japanese government and Credit Card Transaction Security Council, in February 2016, formulated an action plan to enhance the security of credit transactions. This partnership enhances the system of deterring illegal transactions and early detection with real time card controls. The card holder manages in their account parallel with the existing fraud detection systems of card issuers.
