With scores of new customers deploying TraceGains' food safety software solutions each month, TraceGains had to expand its Customer Success team to handle onboarding new customers and project management with existing customers who are launching additional TraceGains’ solutions. In this newly-created position, Ms. Dunfee will manage a portfolio of TraceGains' customer accounts.

Ms. Dunfee has held project and customer account management positions at a variety of technology and healthcare companies including Feldpost, Aspect Software, and Scripps Health. The California native studied business administration at National University.
