ROTTERDAM, NETHERLANDS, March 7, 2016 /EINPresswire.com/ -- ITpreneurs, announced today that it is among the forerunner organizations that have established the DevOps Agile Skills Association (DASA) with the objective to build a Universal Qualification Program for DevOps.

DASA is an independent and open member association aiming at bringing together an global community for DevOps & Agile skills development made up of member organizations representing leading IT thought leaders both from consulting and training fields from over a dozen countries across six continents. DASA is providing all IT training and consulting organizations with a relevant qualification scheme that reflects the competence development related challenges around DevOps and Agile Skills Development. An initial qualification program has been designed by the founding members to address the skills requirements from as Associate, Practitioner and Expert Level. The objective is to provide the right training paths based on the needs of both individuals and organizations.

The DASA Forerunner organizations are: Altkom Akademia, Auslyn Group, Computrain, Capgemini Educational Services, Deltamine, Electric Cloud, Foster Melliar, Gibraltar Software, Glasspaper, Global Knowledge, IMS Asia, Inedo, the International Software Quality Institute (iSQI), ITera, ITpreneurs, ITSM Professional Consulting, JFrog, Koenig, Makeit, Pink Elephant, Quint Wellington Redwood, RealDolmen, Simagine Business Simulations, SMIX, UXC Consulting, Wakaru, and Xebia are all members of the DevOps Agile Skills Association.

We welcome any organization to become a member of DASA and participate in defining DevOps roles and the learning objectives for those roles.
