New supply agreement signed between Gazprom Neft and flydubai
Gazpromneft-Aero is a subsidiary of Gazprom Neft. The company has been in business since 1st January 2008, specialising in aircraft refuelling and the “wing-tip” supply of aviation fuels. Gazpromneft Aero has been an aviation-fuel strategic partner of the International Air Transport Association (IATA) since December 2008. Gazpromneft Aero holds a leading position in the Russian market in terms of total sales volumes of aviation fuels. The company’s use of technology ensures its full compliance with the highest standards in refuelling operations, i.e. “Green”.
In 2013 Gazpromneft Aero was certified by the Emirates airline as delivering the highest standards in the serviceGazpromneft Aero has operated out of the Manas airport since 2011. In late 2012 the refuelling complex at this airport successfully passed an inspection by IATA, as a result of which its refuelling facilities have been accorded the highest possible status for quality, allowing it to provide refuelling services to the most significant air carriers, without any restrictions.
Established by the Government of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) in 2009, the flydubai airline is based at Dubai International Airport.
The airline’s route network covers almost 80 destinations worldwide, including the countries of the Middle East, the Indian subcontinent, Africa and Eastern Europe. The company operates regular flights to a range of Russian cities including Volgograd, Ekaterinburg, Kazan, Mineralnye Vody, Samara and Ufa.
