Gigi’s struggles to get her business going, and now to find a home for it, have taught her how to be a practical dreamer with her feet firmly on the ground while her eyes are on the horizon. “It’s great to have a dream and be an independent entrepreneur,” she says, “but you must search in realistic terms to evaluate whether it’s going to bring what you expect.” But she encourages others to believe in their dreams to bring them to fruition, because maintaining one’s passion by adapting the niche concept for the market is heading on the right track.
