LONDON, LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM, March 19, 2014 / -- Earlier this year, Thames Water kicked off a 15-year programme to roll out smart meters across its area starting in southeast London. In an article published in Utility Week, Steve Plumb, Head of Metering at Thames Water said “It’s an industry first and the biggest customer-impacting project Thames has done.”

The case study driven presentation on day one led by Steve Plumb, will address solutions to a supply demand deficit, lessons learned, the roll out of progressive metering and Thames Water’s fixed network metering trial.
