What are Ag Peer Groups?

Ag Peer Groups are small groups of 7-10 agricultural (non-competing) CEO’s that will meet two times per year at a member’s farm to review all aspects of the operation with their peers. Typical discussions may include: Management & Ownership Succession, Organizational Structure, Workflow & Constraints, Estate Planning and Benchmarking to name a few.
