Confronting Domestic Violence, Inc. is a 501c3 nonprofit is founded from a personal experience of surviving a double attempted homicide while 8months pregnant and over 1000 miles away from home. We specialize in workplace violence prevention through the lens of domestic violence spillover. With over 20 years combined of regulatory compliance, corporate security, and domestic violence prevention and response, we lead efforts to help organizations meet the mandates. This includes compliance, audit-readiness, and how to establish continuity between HR and Security to mitigate and prevent domestic violence before it shows up in the workplace. Our Mission is to provide real-time resources to real-time victims and offer relocation assistance when families have a safe place to go and not the means to get there. With funding revoked, we are positioning our professional services to keep us funded.
