Founded in 2006 by Anthony Marino and Tom Kane, brooklynONE productions (bkONE) is a Brooklyn-based nonprofit arts company and creative collective built for bold, alternative, and experimental works — both original and reimagined. From thought-provoking theatre and film to live music, mixed media, and immersive events, bkONE is driven by a passion for innovation, collaboration, and community. Originally based at the historic Church of the Generals in Bay Ridge, bkONE spent years producing shows across NYC before establishing its permanent home at Industry City’s Tom Kane Theatre — an intimate black box space in the heart of one of Brooklyn’s most vibrant cultural hubs, Industry City. bkONE remains deeply rooted in its borough, championing artists of all ages and experience levels while pushing the boundaries of performance.
