The station is owned by the CBS Television Stations subsidiary of CBS Corporation, as part of a duopoly with CW East Coast flagship WPSG (channel 57). The two stations share studios on Hamilton Street north of Center City; KYW-TV's transmitter is located in the Roxborough section of Philadelphia.
