Springfield Times has been established in 1970 when Robert Bruce Adam noticed that people were always looking for information on what’s new or what’s upcoming in the city. Unfortunately, there wasn’t much information available during that time. That’s why, he created a weekly newsletter that was then being distributed in the city center. Over the years, there has been a lot of changes to that newsletter. Also, it has changed hands since the death of Robert. That is why, the Milwaukee Events Organization is now the one in charge of this particular publication.
