Cala Broadcast Partners LLC was founded in August, 2016, to purchase four television stations in the Mississippi Delta. WABG (ABC), WXVT (CBS), WNBD (NBC) and WABG-DT2 (Fox) were purchased from the Charles Harker family, which had operated them under two different companies.
