Jim Grasso. At the time, Jim was juggling a couple of jobs. One as a real estate agent and the other as a newspaper writer and ad salesman. The paper he was working for was the now-defunct Sun in Colorado Springs. He saw an opportunity in his burgeoning generation: the Baby Boom.
