In 2000, the magazine was acquired by three partners—Norm and Joni Rosinski and John Dennis. Soon after, the name was changed to NorthBay biz to cover an expanded market. November 2017 marked another momentous event in the magazine’s notable history when it was acquired by Amaturo Sonoma Media Group. ASMG owns and operates a number of stations in the North Bay, including KSRO News Talk 1350 AM/103.5 FM, Froggy 92.9 FM, KHits 104.9 FM, Hot 101.7 FM and 97.7 FM The River, reaching more than 200,000 adult listeners each week.
