Purchasing Division - Request for Proposal for Golf Course Management
Iredell County (County) seeks proposals from qualified Firms or Companies (Proposers) to secure professional services from a qualified golf course management firm to manage, operate, and maintain the Twin Oaks Golf Course located at 320 Twin Oaks Road in Statesville, North Carolina. Twin Oaks Golf Course is an 18-hole course across approximately 189 acres owned by the County. The course has been maintained and operated through a lease agreement with Twin Oaks Golf Club, LLC since July 1, 2018, with the current lease agreement expiring on June 30, 2027.
