Dukes County is looking for proposals for the following project: Dukes County Courthouse  -Trim repair and installation of new custom metal trim under the roof and around windows

81 Main Street, Edgartown, MA

WINDOW(s) TRIM: (cover the existing wooden trim with 040 white aluminum)

• remove existing storm window/REPLACE upon completion
• inspect existing trim for rot, broken or missing boards 
• repair any MINOR rotted, broken, or missing parts of boards included
• fabricate 040 white aluminum trim to cover the windowsill, 2 side jamb trim, and header trim
• reinstall the storm window with new screws 
• seal with white silicone as we (CCRS) deem necessary

FRIEZE BOARD AREA TRIM UNDER ROOF EDGES: (fascia, soffit and frieze wooden trim) 

• Inspect all existing trim described in this area for rotted, broken, or missing wood
• repair any MINOR rotted, broken or missing parts of boards included
• re-secure all trim as we (CCRS) deem necessary
• fabricate 040 white aluminum trim to cover all fascia, soffit, and frieze wooden trim
• seal with white silicone as we (CCRS) deem necessary

The proposal shall include the full Scope of Work including materials, labor, taxes, equipment, transportation, and rentals, permit fees, trash disposal, and anything else to get it done.  This work is subject to prevailing wages. Please refer to the prevailing wage rate sheet below. The contractor must possess all necessary licenses and liability and workers’ compensation insurance.
