EAST GREENWICH ZONING BOARD PUBLIC NOTICE

The Zoning Board will hold a combined “HYBRID” IN-PERSON AND “VIRTUAL” REMOTE Public Hearing on Tuesday, September 22, 2026 at 7:00 P.M.  This hearing will be held in the East Greenwich Town Hall, 125 Main Street, Town Council Chambers, East Greenwich, RI 02818 AND via “ZOOM,” a teleconference & video conferencing platform to consider the following application(s):

  1. Continued from 8/25/26 Meeting. Whitney Tallarico for property located at 212 Marlborough Street; Map 075 A.P. 003 Lot 185 (Zoned Residential, R-6). The applicant proposes to construct a new garage 5.5 feet from the side property line where a minimum of 10 feet is required. 

A copy of the proposed plan(s) can be made available for review during normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm)  in the Planning Department at 111 Peirce Street.  Alternatively, a digital version can be found on the Planning Department’s website at the following link: www.eastgreenwichri.com/648/Current-Applications under the "Click to Review Active Zoning Applications" tab.

All interested parties are invited to attend the Public Meeting to be heard and are strongly encouraged to contact the Planning Department in advance at 401-886-8644 should they have any questions.      

The proposed plan may be altered or amended prior to the close of the public hearing without further advertising, as a result of further study or because of the views expressed at the public hearing
