PENNSYLVANIA, August 10 - (B) If it appears from the information [provided

through the United States Postal Service] received or

identified that a registered elector has moved to a

different residence address outside the county, the

commission shall use the notice procedure described

in clause (A).

(C) The secretary shall establish by regulation

a program in which information supplied by the United

States Postal Service, including through its

licensees, is used on a periodic basis, but not less

than once every calendar year, to identify registered

electors who may have changed addresses. The

information shall be incorporated into the SURE

system and shall be forwarded to the commission in a

manner determined by the secretary by regulation.

(D) The secretary shall establish by regulation

a program in which information supplied by the

Systematic Alien Verification for Entitlements (SAVE)

Program, including through its licensees, is used on

a periodic basis, but not less than once every 120

days , to identify registered electors who may not be

citizens of the United States. The information shall

be incorporated into the SURE system and shall be

forwarded to the commission in a manner determined by

the secretary by regulation.

(i.3) The registration of a registered elector shall

be canceled upon a determination of any of the following:

(A) The registered elector is simultaneously

registered in more than one location, if the

registration in the other location postdates the
